Returns Policy

Our Furniture, Window Treatments, Bedding & Throw Pillows are all custom made and are nonrefundable and no returnable

If there are any damages on the furniture and it cannot be fixed, we will re-order the piece for you or refund you

If there are damages on any item purchased on our website i.e., fabrics, wallpaper, pillows, curtains etc. we will replace or refund

FURNITURE:

THERE IS NO FREE SHPPING FOR ANY OF OUR FURNITURE / If a product displays free shipping it is incorrect so please contact us and we will inform you of the shipping costs to your destination state.  If you have made a purchase that shows free shipping, we will be contacting you regarding the shipping costs. 

Shipping French Furniture is running 16 - 18 weeks at present for delivery, however due to social distancing on the factory floor it may ship 20-22 weeks

High End Furniture shipping from Italy if in stock 2 months / custom orders 4 months

WALLPAPER, FABRICS, TRIMS & WINDOW HARDWARE

From time to time the showrooms will charge tax and additional shipping on your order due to ship to destination.  Most of the fabrics and wallpaper ships from the UK or France.  We do not charge tax on shipments as a rule except New York and Connecticut.

All these items are custom orders, we suggest you order a sample prior to ordering if you need to color match

All wallpaper, fabrics, trims and window hardware are custom orders and are nonrefundable and non-returnable

Most of these items ships within a week as they are usually in stock.

Some fabrics and wallpaper can and may take 3 weeks to 3 months to ship depending on quantities and availabilities from the showroom

We have accounts with most of the fabric houses so if you require an item that you do not see on the website chances are we can provide this product for you.  Please contact us

Pillows and Readymade curtains can be returned within 14 days if they are unopened

Fabrics and wallpaper are non-returnable and refundable once shipped to you, these are the showroom policies Which we must follow.  If you can please order a memo sample ahead of placing your order.  If you agree ordering more than two fabric samples, please contact us for a discount.  We charge tax for NY and Connecticut; however, we may have to return to you for tax and shipping adjustments depending on ship to state depending on the ship to state.  This does not happen often.

All Sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Custom window treatments are nonrefundable and non-returnable

Furniture are custom made and therefore nonrefundable and non-returnable.  Obviously if the arrange damaged they will be fixed or if badly damaged we will provide you with a replacement or a refund. If damaged, you will be fully refunded including shipping.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the item is returned as a result that you do not like the item or it does not work for your decor, we will deduct shipping costs (even if the item stated free shipping) and also the credit card processing fee.  We are charged a fee from the credit card banks which is nonrefundable to us the percentage of the order is usually 2.70% for MC & Visa and 3.70% for Amex.  So, your refund will be a deduction of shipping charges and the credit card fee on the piece ordered.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of us receiving your package back to us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Custom orders cannot be returned.  Custom orders are usually made from a choice of fabric, trims, sizes and styles made to order by the client therefore cannot be retuned of refunded once the order is placed.  This  applys to custom made Throw Pillows, Custom Curtains, upholstered furniture and our French Country Furniture imported.  Custom orders can be shipped from 2 weeks to 8 weeks for custom throw pillows, curtains, upholstered furniture and most soft furnishing items depending on fabric availability.  Clients will be informed prior to placing an order what the expected delivery times are.

FRENCH COUNTRY FURNITURE shipping is usually 10 to 20 weeks but in some cased 8 to 22 weeks (NO RETURNS ON THESE PIECES)

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  FREE SHIPPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE USA, CANADA OR ABROAD.  If you view a product on the website and it refers to free shipping on any furniture that will be incorrect.  We do try to make sure all our items are displayed with the correct information, however, sometimes we may have missed a few furniture pieces.  Our apologies.  If you should view a product with free shipping displayed, please contact us for the proper costs.  Also fixed shipping in normally noted for a 50-mile radius from our shipping point being Stamford Connecticut 06901 so shipments to further states will change.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

French Country furniture usually SHIPS 16 to 22 weeks, however, in some cases 22 weeks depending on the order criteria.

Custom Window Treatments 2 to 5 weeks depending on Fabric/style and quantities

Custom Upholstery 4 - 8 weeks (usually ships in 6 weeks though) 

Throw pillows in stock usually ships within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed

Custom Throw Pillows usually ships within 2 to 8 Days depending on fabric availability

In stock furniture usually ships within 5 to 10 days
