RETURNS POLICY
Our Furniture, Window Treatments, Bedding, Fine Fabrics, Wallpapers, and Custom Throw Pillows are all custom made or custom ordered to your exact specifications. Therefore, all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once processing or production has begun.
- Defects & Damages: We stand firmly by the quality of our luxury products. If a piece arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damages that cannot be resolved, we will immediately re-order a replacement piece for you or issue a full refund including your shipping costs.
- Stock Items: You may return new, unopened stock items (such as standard ready-made curtains or unopened stock pillows) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For standard preference returns on eligible stock items, original freight shipping costs and a standard banking credit card processing fee (2.70% for Visa/Mastercard, 3.70% for Amex) will be deducted from your final refund.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, eligible refunds are processed directly back to your account within 10 business days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
We partner with specialized white-glove freight carriers to safely transport our luxury furnishings across the United States, Canada, and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on package weight, item dimensions, and final delivery destination. Our standard delivery timelines are categorized as follows:
- In-Stock Furniture & Home Decor: Ships out within 5 to 10 business days. Standard white-glove transit time across the United States typically averages 7 to 14 business days.
- Custom Made Upholstery & Fine Furnishings: Proudly bespoke and built completely to order. Standard production, curation, and specialized freight delivery runs 16 to 18 weeks depending on your custom design criteria and material choices.
- Imported High-End Furniture: Premium selections imported directly from our European design partners ship within 2 months if currently in stock, or up to 4 months for fully customized international boutique orders.
- Showroom Wallpapers, Fabrics, & Hardware: Most premium fabric house items are in stock and ship within 1 week. Please order a sample memo ahead of time if exact color matching is required for your decor. In select cases depending on overseas showroom quantities, select luxury fabrics may take up to 3 weeks to 3 months to ship.
- Custom Window Treatments & Soft Goods: Custom luxury window treatments and custom accent pillows generally ship within 2 to 8 weeks depending on fabric and trim availability.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We can ship our premium collections to virtually any valid address worldwide. For orders outside of the United States and Canada, please contact our design office directly. We will provide a custom freight quote and securely send an invoice for payment via credit card or bank wire transfer.
