Payment Architecture: A 50% deposit is required to initiate custom production, with the remaining balance due upon completion prior to shipping directly from our factory doors.
Timeline Notice: Due to the rigorous nature of our hand-carving and multi-step leafing processes, please allow a standard lead time of 16 to 18 weeks for imported delivery. All custom or configuration orders are final upon placement.
